I’ve spent more than 20 years in the ticketing and live entertainment industry, working across secondary markets, marketplace strategy, pricing technology, order automation, broker operations, and fan access. My background gives me a unique view of this business because I have lived it from multiple sides. I started as a ticket broker, later worked in business development at StubHub, consulted with primary and secondary market companies, and now build technology for the professional ticketing ecosystem. My goal is to help move ticketing forward through better technology, better data, stronger marketplace partnerships, and more honest conversations about how this industry actually works.
